Orders & Purchases

You can easily track your order in two ways:

  • By logging into your account and checking the Orders / Dashboard section, where all your purchases and their status are displayed.
  • We also automatically send your order details and updates to the email address you used during registration, so you can track your purchase anytime from your inbox.

If you have not received your order or cannot find it, please check both your dashboard and email inbox (including spam/junk folder), or contact our support team for assistance.

We do not offer order cancellation once a purchase has been completed, as all orders are processed and delivered within approximately one minute after payment confirmation.

However, you are eligible to request a refund or product replacement within 48 hours after placing your order, provided that:

  • The product (gift card or code) has not been used, redeemed, or activated
  • The code remains valid and verifiable

In such cases, you may choose either a refund (according to our Money Back Policy) or an exchange for another available product.

Your order may be canceled for one of the following reasons:

  • The purchased product was out of stock or temporarily unavailable at the time of processing. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
  • The transaction was flagged as suspicious or high-risk activity, and the order was automatically canceled for security reasons.

Since we do not ship physical products, a return label is not required.

If you need to request a return or refund, you can do so easily through one of the following methods:

  • Your user dashboard (Orders section)
  • By submitting a support ticket
  • Or by contacting our customer support team directly

Our team will review your request and guide you through the refund or replacement process according to our policy.

Account

You can reset your password through the Forgot Password page.

Simply enter the email address you used during registration, and we will send you a password reset link or a new password to your email inbox.

After that, you can follow the instructions in your email to securely set a new password.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for assistance.

You can change your password anytime from your account dashboard.

Simply log in to your account, go to the Account Settings section, and select the option to change your password. From there, you can enter your current password and set a new one.

For security reasons, make sure to choose a strong and unique password.

If you wish to cancel or delete your account, you can request it through our support team.

Simply contact customer support and submit a request to close your account. Our team will review your request and proceed with the account deletion process according to our policies.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and may result in the loss of access to your order history and related data.

Returns & Refunds

Your refund will be returned to the same cryptocurrency wallet or payment source that was used to complete the original purchase.

Once your refund has been approved and processed, the amount will be sent back automatically. Processing times may vary depending on the network and transaction confirmations.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

You can request a return directly from your account dashboard.

Simply go to the Orders section, where you will find a Return button next to your order. By clicking it, your request will be submitted for review by our support team.

Alternatively, you can also contact us through the Contact Us page or support channels to request a return.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and process it according to our refund policy.

Our return policy allows customers to request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used, redeemed, or activated.
  • The return request must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

All return requests are subject to review by our support team according to our Money Back Policy.

Shipping & Tracking

After your payment is successfully confirmed, your digital product will be delivered instantly.

You can access your order in two ways:

  • Through your user dashboard, in the Orders section
  • Via the email address you used during registration, where all order details are automatically sent

If you do not see your product, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, you can request a resend of your product and order details.

Simply go to your user dashboard, open the Orders section, and submit a request for resending the product to your email.

Once submitted, our system will send the product details again to the email address used during registration.

If you experience any issues, you can also contact our support team for assistance.

We send notifications to keep you updated about important activities related to your account and orders.

These notifications may include:

  • Order confirmations and updates
  • Payment or delivery status updates
  • Important system or service announcements
  • Account-related notifications
